RETURNS POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased through The Tack House, return it within 30 days for an exchange, store credit or full refund.

The returned item(s) MUST be in resalable condition, with their original packaging and tags. We will not refund shipping and handling charges.

Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

To return an item, please print our Return Form, and follow the steps listed below:

1. Print and fill out our Return Form.

2. Place the item(s) that you are returning in an appropriately sized protective shipping container.

3. Place the completed Return Form inside the shipping container with the item(s) you are returning.

4. Ship using FedEx, UPS, or Insured USPS (any shipping service that provides a tracking number) to:
